From Versailles...
Take Versailles Road toward Frankfort. When you reach the I-64 interchange, take I-64 West to the next Frankfort exit 53B. Exit towards Frankfort. Go to the third stoplight (will see K-Mart on left) and make a left turn onto King's Daughters Drive. King's Daughters will come to a "Y", stay to your left. As you approach the hospital, you will pass the sign for Frankfort Regional Medical Center. The main entrance faces King's Daughters Drive. The emergency room and registration for outpatient diagnostic testing are around back. Surgery Center and outpatient surgery patients please use the drive-up entrance to the Surgery Center which faces Doctor's Drive.
From Lexington...
Take interstate 64 West toward Frankfort. After crossing the Kentucky River take Exit 53B. Exit towards Frankfort. Go to the third stoplight (will see K-Mart on left) and make a left turn onto King's Daughters Drive. King's Daughters will come to a "Y", stay to your left. Take Bluegrass Parkway East to Exit 59 (Frankfort / Lawrenceburg). Take 127 North to Frankfort. (You will go approximately 17 miles). After you pass over Interstate 64, go to the third stoplight (will see K-Mart on left) and make a left turn onto King's Daughters Drive. King's Daughters will come to a "Y", stay to your left. Take interstate 75 South to the junction of Interstate 75 and 64 (indicated at exit). Transfer from I-75 to I-64 West. After crossing the Kentucky River take Exit 53B. Exit towards Frankfort.
